What's it about?

The Eden Prairie Noon Rotary’s Rib Fest fundraiser is held annually in June in conjunction with the Minnesota Festival of Jazz on the Prairie (featuring seven area big bands), which is sponsored by the City of Eden Prairie. This event is the major fundraiser for our club.

Boom Island Beer!  We're proud to partner with one of our fine local breweries, Boom Island Brewing. Several of their delicious brews will be available for purchase for $7 per beer.

What does it support?

The profits from the event support local and international service projects of the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary including:

  • My Book Day: a literacy program where all Eden Prairie first graders experience a celebration of reading and receive their own hard-cover book. 

  • Onward Eden Prairie: provides housing and services for young people experiencing homelessness. 

  • Student Scholarships: supporting local students in their educational pursuits.

  • Let's Go Fishing: provides fishing and boating excursions for seniors, veterans, and youth.

  • Providing clean water, promoting peace, saving mothers & children, supporting education, growing local economies and fighting disease in local, regional and international venues.

  • Polio eradication: a Rotary International worldwide program to eliminate this disease. 

How can I support the fundraiser?

Buy dinner tickets from your local Rotarian before the event or at Rib Fest 2024.  Beverages can be purchased separately at the event's ticket tent.

  • Dinner Tickets - $18.  Each dinner ticket is good for one Rib Dinner or one Pulled Chicken Sandwich Dinner each of which includes coleslaw and chips. 
  • Hot Dog Kids Meal - $6
  • Culver's Frozen Custard - $4
BEVERAGES
  • Boom Island Beer - $7
  • Wine - $7
  • Root Beer - $3
  • Water - $3

You can purchase dinner tickets with cash, check or credit card. Please make checks out to “Eden Prairie Noon Rotary.”

Rib Fest Classic Disc Tournament

Join us at the Staring Lake Park Disc Golf Course for the Rib Fest Disc Classic Tournament.
 
  • Entry fee includes a BBQ Rib or Pulled Chicken Sandwich Dinner
  • Registration begins at 9 a.m. and we aim to start at 10 a.m.
  • 2 Rounds of 18 Holes
  • New Temporary Holes Change up the Course
  • 2 Hour Expected Round Time
  • Craft Beer and other beverages available for purchase
  • Prizes for the winners!
All for a good cause! Proceeds benefit the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary Club service projects.

Unredeemed Tickets

Tickets  not redeemed for dinner on 6/9/2024 may be used as documentation of a tax deductible donation of $18 to Eden Prairie Rotary Foundation, tax ID #26-0203803.
 
Should Rib Fest be officially cancelled, you may either claim the tax deduction or submit your tickets by June 30, 2024, to Eden Prairie Noon Rotary, 7192 Irvine Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55346 with a self-addressed stamped envelope for a refund of $18 per ticket.
 
Donations will be used to support Eden Prairie Noon Rotary charitable activities.
