Rotary Reading Partners
- Supporting 3rd grade students through independent reading conferences and building oral language skills by discussion books.
- 1-5 days per week for 30 minutes at a regular time in alignment with the site schedule.

- At our meeting on Dec. 18 Salman invited us to participate as judges for upcoming DECA events.

PROP Shop Furniture Build
Wednesday, January 28, 4 - 6pm
We're seeking 10-15 volunteers to help assemble kitchen table sets and bed frames for the PROP Shop.
This furniture build will take place on January 28th, starting at 4:00 PM, and should be completed by 6:00 PM.
We will meet at the warehouse, located at 14770 Martin Drive, EP (not the PROP Shop building).
Please bring a power drill or screw gun if you have one.
We'll work in groups of 2 or 3, so it's a good way to connect.

Feed My Starving Children - Food Packing

🎄✨ ’Tis the season for Service Above Self! ✨🎄
We’re packing hope, love, and life-saving meals!
In just a couple of hours, you’ll help pack nutritious meals that will be shipped to children in need across the globe. It’s fast-paced, fun, and deeply meaningful.
What to Expect:
- Laughter, teamwork, and high-energy packing stations
- A chance to make a tangible difference in the fight against hunger
- Community spirit at its best!

Dress: Casual and comfy—closed-toe shoes recommended

Prep & Serve a Meal at the Jeremiah Program
Wednesday, December 10
- What: Prepare and serve food for 40-45 people.
- Who: Jeremiah Program is a national organization with a mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time.
- Where: 1510 Laurel Ave W Minneapolis (Parking Lot, easy access to building).
- When: 4:30 - 6pm (Car pool from the Immanuel parking lot at 3:45 or meet at the site).
- People Needed: 6-7 people needed

- Do you have an item to donate or a friend/business you can ask to donate? Please consider and then share the Pong Fest Silent Auction information!
- Auction Item Donation Ideas: curated wine basket, sports tickets, concert or theatre tickets, golf outing, cabin or resort getaway, gift cards for local establishments, party pack (beer, snacks, etc.), spa gifts (massage, facial manicure).
Service Project - Assemble Dressers for PROP Shop
Wednesday, October 22, 4 - 6pm
Our club members will work in groups of 2 or 3 to assemble dressers. It’s a hands on service project with an opportunity to visit with club members while volunteering. No experience necessary. Each dresser comes with assembly instructions.
